Nicholas DiMarino is Of Counsel working out of the firm’s Naples office. Growing up just outside of Philadelphia in southern New Jersey, Nick attended Rowan University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Law & Justice. After a tour in the USAF and then working as an engineering technician at Boeing Defense & Space Group, he earned his Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law in 2002 and was admitted to both the Florida Bar and US District Court in 2003. During law school, Nick clerked for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Supreme Court of New Jersey Disciplinary Review Board, and the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey.
After being admitted to the Bar, Nick’s practice in Florida included litigation of claims arising under the Federal Copyright Act as well as construction-related state law claims. He is also experienced in condominium and HOA matters.
Nick’s hobbies and interests include working with dogs and working part-time for the US Army as a Role Player in the Special Forces Robin Sage training exercises.
Nick’s focus with the firm is primarily on Guardianship and Probate matters.
